This recipe makes 4 servings and the macros are below: 1 lb ground beef 97/3 4 russet potatoes (350 grams of the insides) 2 ounces of low fat cheddar cheese 1 cup low fat cottage cheese 1 cup 0% fage greek yogurt 4 turkey bacon slices 2 green onions chopped 1. Cook potatoes and rhen scoop insides into a bowl 2. Take 350 grams of the insides and mix in cooked ground beef, cottage cheese and yogurt, 2 turkey bacon slices and green onions. 3. Each potato half needs 131 grams of the mixture 4. Sprinkle with cheese snd remaining bacon bits! Higher Protein Calzone...in the AIR FRYER! This might be the best thing I have ever made in the air fryer, no joke it was THAT good! Also each calzone has 33 grams of protein which is a huge bonus! 1 cup all purpose flour 1/5 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup blended low fat cottage cheese 1/4 cup low fat mozzarella shredded cheese 2 tbsp pizza sauce 4 ounces ground chicken cooked mix the flour, baking powder, salt and cottage cheese together to form a dough and then seperate into two balls. Flatten out into a disk and fill one side with half of the cheese, sauce and chicken. Roll the sides up and cut a small slit at the topand then spray the top with avocado oil and plae in the air fryer at 350 for 14-15 minutes, let it sit for 8 minutes before cutting open!!
