Biscoff and Banana high protein Overnight Oats! We have been having this one on repeat for the last 3 weeks, can't beat it 😍 It can come together in one jar or you can meal prep and takes only a couple of minutes to make. See notes to make a nut butter caramel. Ingredients to serve 1: •1/2 cup oats 40g •20g caramelised white choc protein @macr0mike or vanilla discount code: AMB-NOA •1tsp chia seeds •1 tbs maple syrup (I use sf) •1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk Layers: •1/2 banana •2 tbs vanilla coconut yoghurt 30g (Or yoghurt of choice) •10-15g melted biscoff spread or nut butter * Method: Add oat ingredients to a bowl or jar. Mix & place in the fridge for 5 -10 mins to thicken. Top with sliced banana , coconut yoghurt and melted biscoff (I melt the entire jar for 30 seconds in the microwave and pour out the amount I need, make sure foil has been removed) . Place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight and enjoy the next day 🥰 Macros: 389 calories F.13.6 C.42 P.21.5 Notes; for these macros I used sugar free maple syrup, vanilla cocobella & red tractor protein oats . You can make an almond butter caramel by mixing together 10g of almond butter & 10g of maple syrup. I used my collab vegan caramelised white choccy protein in this one, my code will give you $$ off @macr0mike 🔥 #overnightoats #oatsforbreakfast #oats #biscoffoats #overnightoatsrecipe #proats #fitfoodie #fitfood #fitfoodshare #foodporn #healthyfood #healthyrecipes #healthyrecipeshare #healthybreakfast #easyrecipes
