Preparation: • Thoroughly wash all the produce. • Cut the cucumber, plums, watermelon, strawberries, and peach into manageable pieces. • Divide the produce into resealable Ziploc bags for easy storage and freezing. • Freeze the bags of produce for at least 2-3 hours, or until the produce is fully frozen. 2. Wine & Dine Chicken 🍷 If you love a nice glass of Chardonnay with dinner, then this dish is for you 🥂 Get my recipe below ⬇️ or on uncledibbz.com [Link in Bio] **Roasted Chicken Thighs with Vegetables and Herbs** **Ingredients:** - 12 ounces sliced bell peppers - 12 ounces red potatoes, unpeeled and cut in half - 3 onions, peeled and halved lengthwise - 6 garlic cloves, peeled - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil - 1 twig of fresh thyme - 1 twig of fresh rosemary - 1 twig of fresh sage - Uncle Dibbz Straight Drop Rub, to taste - 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs - 1 cup white wine **Instructions:** 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. In an oven-safe dish, toss the bell peppers, potatoes, onions, garlic, and oil together. Sprinkle generously with Uncle Dibbz Straight Drop Rub and spread the mixture evenly in the dish. 3. Place the chicken thighs skin side down on top of the vegetables. Season both sides of the chicken with Uncle Dibbz Straight Drop Rub. Tuck the twigs of thyme, rosemary, and sage around the chicken. 4. Pour the white wine into the dish, then cover it with a lid or aluminum foil. 5. Roast in the preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of a thigh reads 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Halfway through the cooking time, flip the chicken thighs skin side up and continue roasting. Remove the cover for the final 10 minutes to allow the chicken skin to crisp up. 6. Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a serving platter. Stir the vegetables in the pan juices, then arrange them around the chicken on the platter. 7.
