Vietnamese Broken Rice / Cơm Tấm Sườn Nướng Pork chop - 4 pork chops (with bone) - 1/4 cup fish sauce - 2-3 tbsp oyster sauce - 1 tbsp sugar - 2 tbsp honey - 1 tsp mushroom seasoning (optional) - 3 garlic cloves minced - 2 tbsp minced lemongrass Egg meat loaf - 5 eggs (2 whole, 3 with yolks and whites separated) - 250g pork mince - 30g bean thread noodles - 40g wood ear mushroom - 1 tsp fish sauce - 1 tsp sugar - 1 tsp white pepper - 1 tsp black pepper - 1/4 cup water Pork chops * Pat dry pork chops and tenderise. Cut the sides with scissors to prevent it from curling. * Combine all marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl. Marinade pork chops in fridge for 3 hours or overnight. * Oven: grill at 190°C for 10 mins each side. Spoon leftover marinade half way through. * Airfyer: 180°C for 7 mins each side. Spoon leftover marinade half way through. Egg meat loaf * Combine all the ingredients into a bowl (except for the 3 egg yolks). * Spray loaf pan with oil.
