Single Serve Cookie "Skillet" ✨ I ate this with some really good protein frozen yogurt but this would be great if you could find either caramel or pumpkin ice cream! (Recipe below) Recipe: Ingredients- 1 tbsp melted salted butter 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp granulated sugar 1/2 a whisked egg Dash of vanilla 1/4 cup & 1 tbsp all purpose flour 1/3 tsp baking powder Chocolate chips to liking Directions- 1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 2. To a small baking dish, add the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, & vanilla. Mix until well combined. 3. Then add the flour & baking powder. Mix again until well combined. Add the chocolate chips & fold into the batter. 4. Bake for 15-30 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden brown. 5. Enjoy with ice cream! #food #foodtikok
