Day 2 post C section. I was so thankful that my doctor discharge me early. I did not want to spend another night in the hospital…I was ready to sleep in my own bed and eat some good food! Day 2 was a lot more painful probably because the heavy meds were wearing off. Getting up and walking around seemed like more of a challenge and hurt pretty bad. They say you’re supposed to get up and start moving around as soon as possible after C-section because it’s really good for recovery. I pushed through and did some walking but I was definitely feeling it😩 I am so thankful for my family that all showed up to welcome us home. My mom had the house decorated and stocked with food. I am beyond blessed for the support team I have and will forever be grateful.
