This amazing dish goes so well for dinner parties or dates. It's better than the average fast food pizza you ordered for half of the price plus more value. Try it out. It is easy. It goes well with a nice red with richness and roundness. Notes and tips! 1. This dough has extra yeast, which will give it quicker fermentation. I do not suggest doing it overnight; otherwise, it is too nasty. 2. Use parchment paper when you shape the dough and pick up the dough from and to the oven. It makes it a more straightforward process and quicker cooking time if you also slide it directly on a preheated oven tray, i.e., upside down for easy placement. 3. You can use a torch to give it that extra crust on the sides, allowing you to mimic authentic pizza oven crust.
