The best winter dessert 🤩🫐 Ingredients (serves 8) 3 cups frozen blueberries 1 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup almond meal 1 cup sliced almonds 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted 1-2tsp cinnamon Pinch of salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 3tbsp shredded coconut Method: 1. Preheat oven to 180°c (fan forced) 2. Add your blueberries to a pie dish 3. In a bowl add the oats, almond meal, sliced almonds, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract and mix until all combined. 4. Place crumble mixture on top of blueberries and gently press down using the back of a spoon. Sprinkle on the shredded coconut. 5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden. 6.
