Ingredients:
- 1 pack Eat Water Slim Sticky Rice
- 1 avocado chopped
- 1/2 tin tuna
- 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp erythritol
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Siracha sauce to top
- Method:
1. In a bowl mix the slim rice, vinegar, salt and erythritol
2. Spray some low calorie oil on a waffle maker and add the rice mix, cook until golden brown and crispy
3. In a bowl mix the tuna and teriyaki sauce, serve the rice waffle and top with the tuna and avocado
