These led me to binge this led me to over eat, and I would either be on a very strict diet of eating lettuce and chicken or I would eat anything and everything that I know was not good for me, the most important part of this process has been to learn to eat the right food into enjoy food and there is no bad food. People asked me what do I eat in my cheat meals...
