Shrimp Pasta with a lil cream and spice. When we want quick and easy dinner we typically go pasta. This one took less than 30 minutes -1lb Shrimp, cleaned, devein, no tails -Seasoning of choice, we used Old Bay, Blackened Red Fish Magic, Red Pepper Flakes, S&P -1/2 Shallots, finely diced -2 Cloves Garlic, minced -Fresh Parsley, chopped to taste -Olive Oil -1 C Heavy Cream -Parmesan Cheese, 3-5oz freshly grated -Juice half of a lemon, add some zest too -16oz Pasta, we only used about 12oz of it **Heavily Season Shrimp **Skillet medium heat w Olive Oil, cook shrimp 2-3 min a side and then remove from heat **Add Shallot and Garlic for about 5 minutes or so **Good time to cook pasta **Add Cream to skillet for several minutes, careful not to burn, turn down heat if needed. **Add Parmesan Cheese, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Parsley to taste.
