COME JOIN ME ON A 8KM RUN! I will be honest…at the start of my weight loss journey i HATED any form of Exercise. This included running! But you need to take it day by day. Make small mini goals for yourself that are more achievable compared to big unrealistic ones. The more active you are, the easier it gets. You’ll get more fitter and your body will adapt to it I promise. For me, exercise really helped with my weight loss and I just feel in love with running! It put me in a more affirmative and positive mindset, that enabled me to enjoy moving my body. Conversely, exercising was hugely therapeutic and granted me a space to be at one with my thoughts so I was able to feel solitude. TRY IT then get back to me on your thoughts.
