Discipline & will power is a challenge for most of us. If it wasn't, then we'd all have what we wanted by now, because we wouldn’t have a problem following the instructions required to achieve our goals. It's not usually the instructions which are the problem, it's our lack of discipline. Imagine if your discipline was a muscle in your body. You wouldn't be able to wake up one day with impeccable discipline, just like you wouldn't be able to wake up with rock solid abdominals or massive shoulders. If discipline was a muscle, it would take practice, consistency, patience, improvement, challenge and time. Discipline takes learning. And from my experience, you get more and more disciplined as you practice it, and therefore it gets easier, just like anything. Don't expect to be 100% disciplined immediately, and don't feel guilt or self punish when you’re not very disciplined. BUT with that being said, don't ever give up.
