Low calorie sauces: Creamy, Cilantro Lime Sauce that works for ANY meal. Packed with flavour, and so easy to make and prep!👇🏼 - Ingredients: • 1 cup cilantro (I pack the cup, including some stems!) • 4 garlic cloves • 2 small jalapeno peppers (use 1 for less of a spicy kick) • squeeze of 1 lime • 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt, plain • 1/2 cup light mayo / miracle whip • 1 tsp honey (or any sweetener. Use 2 tsp depending on your taste) • 1/4 tsp salt • OPTIONAL: 1/4 cup green onions - Notes: • If you have a zester/microplane, zest your lime peel before squeezing the juice in your sauce mix. Add the like zest for an extra flavour boost. • Store the sauce in your refrigerator for up to the expiry date of your greek yogurt. • You can use all greek yogurt and omit the mayo.
