It’s National Fettuccine Alfredo Day and here’s a really easy recipe you can make for the family. It’s Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken and Broccoli. No food is off limits in my opinion just in my moderation. Ingredients for the Alfredo sauce is 4 tbsp of butter, 16oz’s of heavy cream, 2 cups of grated Parmesan, 1 tsp of truffle salt ( regular salt if you don’t have it), 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper. In a sauce pan melt butter on low/medium heat and then pour in heavy cream. Stir cream for 3-4 minutes to heat on low heat and then add seasonings and Parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and toss in cooked fettuccini pasta. For the chicken add 1 tbsp of avocado oil and season with 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of paprika, 1/2 tsp of black pepper. Place on baking sheet and Bake at 375F for 35 minutes. For the broccoli place as much as you want on baking sheet, spray with oil, season with salt and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
