Stop expecting to see results right away 🚫 Get out if the mindset that you will have your dream body in a month because this is where alot of people go wrong. If you set yourself unrealistic goals , when you get to the end of that month and youve not lost the amount you set yourself or you dont have that flat stomach , your more than likely going to give up because you think its not working when in reality your just not giving it enough time. Your setting yourself up for failure. Instead enjoy the journey , dont make your whole life about losing weight. Stick to your calorie deficit and tracking your food but live your life aswell and dont spend every single day thinking about weightloss because it will consume you.
