Saying you can eat unlimited quantities of specific foods is extremely misleading in the literal sense. If you eat a caloric excess of any food you will gain body fat, which is the opposite of the goal.⁣ 8. Smart points. There is nothing smart about stealing important metrics like calories and macros and dressing them up as points.⁣ 9. Good. There are no good foods, only nutritious and less nutritious foods.⁣ 10. Bad. There are no bad foods, only less nutritious and nutritious foods.
