Who was today years old when they found out how to make mayonnaise?!? It’s so easy! Here’s the recipe 👇🏼 Ingredients: 1 egg (room temperature) 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp cider or white wine vinegar 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional) 1 cup neutral flavored oil Directions: Add all of the ingredients, except the oil, to a jar. Once they are all added, pour the 1 cup of oil on top. Using an immersion blender, blend from the bottom up until you have a smooth and creamy mayonnaise. Store in the refrigerator. It’s that easy!
