You’ll need: To pressure cook 2 cups of Chickpeas ( or washed & soaked in water overnight or 4 to 5 hours. 2 & 1/2 cups of Water 3 to 4 Green chillies 2 Bay leafs L1 Onion 3/4 tbsp Salt or to taste 2 to 3 Tomatoes 1 tbsp Garlic paste 2 tbsp Chilli powder 2 tbspCoriander powder 2 tbsp Chole masala 1 tbsp baking soda 1 or 2 tbsp tea leaves Boil with 1 & 1/2 cups of water 1 tsp Amchur powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1 tbsp Kasuri methi Handful of chopped Chopped coriander & mint 🍃 1 tbsp Julienne cut ginger For the tadka 2 or 3 tbsp Butter 1 tbsp Julienne cut ginger 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder Follow @shadi_faleel Share & Save the reel.
