MEAL PREP Loaded Potato Bowls🥔 Macros: makes 6 meals; each meal is (660 cal, 60g P, 52g C, 23g F) Notes: Adjust Ingredients to your liking :) Ingredients: 48 oz 93/7 lean ground beef 1 packet of @Siete Foods spicy taco seasoning 10-12 yellow potatoes cut in squares Seasoned with: Garlic powder Paprika Chili powder Salt & pepper Olive oil for cooking Avocado spray for potatoes For the Poco de gallo: 2 tomatoes chopped 1/2 red onion chopped Bunch of cilantro minced 2 lime juice Salt to taste For the guacamole: 2 avocados 1/4 red onion minced Bunch of minced cilantro Salt 1 lime juice Toppings: 1 tbsp plain greek yogurt (I promise it tastes just like sour cream!) Notes: in a large pot with enough water to cover potatoes add some salt and let it boil. Cut up the potatoes into squares and add to boiling water for no more than 10-12 minutes. (Not fully cooked) remove from water in a strainer place the potatoes on a baking sheet pan, add seasonings then spray with avocado spray. Mix well. Then bake in the oven at 410 degrees for 30-35 minutes until golden crispy. Using a skillet with a little olive oil cook ground beef. Add packet of taco seasoning. Break up the beef and allow to cook until fully brown. Weightloss Dinner Idea to begin 2024 the right way✨🫶🏼 Ingredients: 1 bag of Jumbo Shrimp Season with: Onion powder Garlic powder Chili powder Salt & pepper 1 tbsp butter For the cucumber salad: 1 medium size cucumber diced 1/2 medium red onion diced Handful of grape tomatoes 1 lime juice Few drops of red wine vinegar (optional) Salt to taste Jasmine Rice Avocado slices Frozen corn Notes: in a bowl mix shrimp with seasonings. In a medium pan using avocado cooking spray cook shrimp for 2-5 min per side. Once flipped over add 1 tbsp butter to pan and remove. In a separate bowl combine all ingredients for the salad. It can be made by using steak, fish, shrimp...the possibilities are endless😉 You will need: 3 yellow potatoes Seasoned with: Paprika Salt Garlic powder For the chicken: I used 3 thin sliced chicken breast (feel free to use thick chicken breast and slice thinly) Season with: Garlic powder Oregano Salt Paprika Chili flakes For the Pico de Gallo: 3 Roma tomatoes diced Bunch of cilantro minced 1/2 red onion minced 1/2 jalapeño pepper (optional) 2 limes juiced Salt to taste For the Avocado Crema: 1/2 avocado 1/3 cup water 1 lime juiced Garlic powder to taste Salt & pepper to taste Bunch of cilantro 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt Additional toppings: Shredded lettuce Plain greek yogurt to drizzle Notes: cut up potatoes into French fries; season well. Cook in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 15-18 min. Thinly slice the chicken breasts and season lightly. Cook in a pan with avocado oil on medium heat for 5-7 min. Add all ingredients for the pico into a small bowl and mix well. Set aside in the refrigerator until it's time to serve. For the avocado crema l added all ingredients into a blender until it became like a thin sauce. If you need to add more water for better consistency please do so. MEAL PREP Loaded Potato Bowls🥔 Macros: makes 6 meals; each meal is (660 cal, 60g P, 52g C, 23g F) Notes: Adjust Ingredients to your liking :) Ingredients: 48 oz 93/7 lean ground beef 1 packet of @Siete Foods spicy taco seasoning 10-12 yellow potatoes cut in squares Seasoned with: Garlic powder Paprika Chili powder Salt & pepper Olive oil for cooking Avocado spray for potatoes For the Poco de gallo: 2 tomatoes chopped 1/2 red onion chopped Bunch of cilantro minced 2 lime juice Salt to taste For the guacamole: 2 avocados 1/4 red onion minced Bunch of minced cilantro Salt 1 lime juice Toppings: 1 tbsp plain greek yogurt (I promise it tastes just like sour cream!) Notes: in a large pot with enough water to cover potatoes add some salt and let it boil. Cut up the potatoes into squares and add to boiling water for no more than 10-12 minutes. (Not fully cooked) remove from water in a strainer place the potatoes on a baking sheet pan, add seasonings then spray with avocado spray. Mix well. Then bake in the oven at 410 degrees for 30-35 minutes until golden crispy. Using a skillet with a little olive oil cook ground beef. Add packet of taco seasoning. Break up the beef and allow to cook until fully brown. The low calorie sriracha mayo adds a nice spice + acidity that balances out the salt/umami from the beef, and the flavor holds incredibly well when reheated as a meal prep. This is also a featured recipe in my new meal prep cookbook (with 100+ pages of meal prep recipes just like this one) 🫡 Recipe 👇 Low Calorie Sriracha Mayo: 90g light Mayo 50g Sriracha Juice from ½ a lemon (about 1 tablespoon) 1/2 tspn garlic powder 2 tblspn milk or water Salt to taste Korean beef: 24oz 96% ground beef 2 tspn sesame oil 1.5 tablespoon minced garlic

Weightloss Dinner Idea to begin 2024 the right way✨🫶🏼 Ingredients: 1 bag of Jumbo Shrimp Season with: Onion powder Garlic powder Chili powder Salt & pepper 1 tbsp butter For the cucumber salad: 1 medium size cucumber diced 1/2 medium red onion diced Handful of grape tomatoes 1 lime juice Few drops of red wine vinegar (optional) Salt to taste Jasmine Rice Avocado slices Frozen corn Notes: in a bowl mix shrimp with seasonings. In a medium pan using avocado cooking spray cook shrimp for 2-5 min per side. Once flipped over add 1 tbsp butter to pan and remove. In a separate bowl combine all ingredients for the salad. Mix well. Cook Jasmine rice and heat up frozen corn in the microwave and have it ready to serve. I used white rice as base, then added corn, cucumber salad, shrimp & avocado slices. Fit Loaded Fries⬇️🫶🏼 This is absolutely amazing! Please adjust any ingredients to your liking. It can be made by using steak, fish, shrimp...the possibilities are endless😉 You will need: 3 yellow potatoes Seasoned with: Paprika Salt Garlic powder For the chicken: I used 3 thin sliced chicken breast (feel free to use thick chicken breast and slice thinly) Season with: Garlic powder Oregano Salt Paprika Chili flakes For the Pico de Gallo: 3 Roma tomatoes diced Bunch of cilantro minced 1/2 red onion minced 1/2 jalapeño pepper (optional) 2 limes juiced Salt to taste For the Avocado Crema: 1/2 avocado 1/3 cup water 1 lime juiced Garlic powder to taste Salt & pepper to taste Bunch of cilantro 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt Additional toppings: Shredded lettuce Plain greek yogurt to drizzle Notes: cut up potatoes into French fries; season well. Cook in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 15-18 min. Thinly slice the chicken breasts and season lightly. Cook in a pan with avocado oil on medium heat for 5-7 min. Add all ingredients for the pico into a small bowl and mix well. Set aside in the refrigerator until it's time to serve. For the avocado crema l added all ingredients into a blender until it became like a thin sauce. If you need to add more water for better consistency please do so.
