Fit Loaded Fries⬇️🫶🏼 This is absolutely amazing! Please adjust any ingredients to your liking. It can be made by using steak, fish, shrimp...the possibilities are endless😉 You will need: 3 yellow potatoes Seasoned with: Paprika Salt Garlic powder For the chicken: I used 3 thin sliced chicken breast (feel free to use thick chicken breast and slice thinly) Season with: Garlic powder Oregano Salt Paprika Chili flakes For the Pico de Gallo: 3 Roma tomatoes diced Bunch of cilantro minced 1/2 red onion minced 1/2 jalapeño pepper (optional) 2 limes juiced Salt to taste For the Avocado Crema: 1/2 avocado 1/3 cup water 1 lime juiced Garlic powder to taste Salt & pepper to taste Bunch of cilantro 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt Additional toppings: Shredded lettuce Plain greek yogurt to drizzle Notes: cut up potatoes into French fries; season well. Cook in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 15-18 min. Thinly slice the chicken breasts and season lightly. Cook in a pan with avocado oil on medium heat for 5-7 min. Add all ingredients for the pico into a small bowl and mix well. Set aside in the refrigerator until it's time to serve. For the avocado crema l added all ingredients into a blender until it became like a thin sauce. If you need to add more water for better consistency please do so.
