💪😜 Yes! This can be done. Hubby started lifting at age 60 and I started at age 42. We wre now 70 & 51. Don’t give up on yourself. HOW??? Here is an outline of what we did, but a lot more details in my book, Fluffy To Fit. 🍗 It truly is 80% diet, & stay high protein within a small calorie deficit. Don’t skip the good carbs either. 🏋🏽♀️ Lift weights 4-5 x a week. Split up your body parts. Full body workouts won’t get you there efficiently. 🚶🏻♀️ 10k steps a day, and small amount of cardio fasted or post lifting. 20 min or so. 🧠 Hormone balance. Yes, both men and women need to get hormones checked over age 40. It’s crucial because hormones are the wires in the body that control everything including your ability to lose fat and build lean muscle. 💪💪 You’ll need a wellness Dr for that. .
