Part 2 of “How to Wake Up Early for a Morning Exercise”. Today’s Tip: Wake up 15 minutes earlier than usual. Waking up early can be challenging, especially if you're used to sleeping late due to work. One effective tip to help you wake up early is to gradually shift your wake-up time. Here's how you can do it: 1. Start small: Set your alarm 15 minutes earlier every couple of days, continuing until you reach your ideal wake-up time. 2. Stick to your new wake-up time: Once you've reached your ideal wake-up time, make sure to stick to it every day, even on weekends. 3. Maintain a consistent routine: Sticking to a consistent routine like morning exercise or early morning prayer (Tahajjud/Fajr for muslims) or meditation/yoga (for non-muslims) can help your body recognize a clear sleep schedule and make waking up early easier. By following these tips, you can gradually shift your sleep schedule and wake up early even if you sleep late due to work. Remember to be patient and consistent, as it may take some time to adjust to your new wake-up time. In the next part of this series, I will share more tips to improve your sleep-wake cycle.
