My first run of 2024 after having viral pneumonia back in January. It was a slow not quite 5k this morning but I’m so pleased I got out and did it. I never see times as an issue, more of a goal to work towards. My hips weren’t cooperating today and I don’t want to get injured on my first run back so I cut my losses and went home and did some stretches ready for the day.
