A huge part of UI & UX Design is testing with users. But it’s really hard as a UX Designer to get actionable feedback that you can trust! You have to set up the right flows in a clickable prototype. You have to give the user context to the product without leading them to bias. You have to ask open ended questions that feel natural. And probably hardest of all, you have to find users to test with then schedule times that work within busy schedules. All of this is easy to do with Sprig. With in-product feedback being their focus so far, they’re just launching an incredible suite of tools for concept testing that makes it so UX Researchers and UX Designers can setup studies, test multiple prototypes, and ask impactful questions all without having to schedule user interviews. I think tool is going to be a huge part of UX Research toolkits as it expands and I honestly am blown away by the features and quality of their product. I’m running a few studies on my own products so check my bio to help me with those! #uxresearch #uxresources #prototyping #uxdesign #uxdesigner #ux #uxresearcher
