My McChicken was definitely better 😍 Ingredients: - 500g minced chicken - 2 cup of all-purpose flour - 1 cup corn flour - 2 tsp salt - 2 tsp pepper - 2 tsp paprika - 2 tsp garlic powder - 2 tsp onion powder - 4 seeded buns - mayo - shredded iceberg lettuce Instructions: 1. Season your minced chicken with a pinch of salt, corn flour and onion powder then form into thin patties and place in the freezer for an hour 2. Prepare a bowl and a tray for your two stations, then into EACH add one cup of plain flour and half a cup of corn flour, followed by a teaspoon EACH of salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. 3. Whisk in water into your bowl until you reach a fairly thick consistency. 4. Take your chicken out of the freezer and coat in the dry batter, the wet batter then fry at 160c until golden brown. 5. Dredge the chicken in the dry batter, making sure it is evenly coated. 6. Remove from pan and drain on a paper towel 7.
