Cheesecake Cookies 🧀🍰🍪 Ingredients: * 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour * 1/2 teaspoon baking powder * 1/4 teaspoon salt * 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened * 4 oz cream cheese, softened * 1 cup granulated sugar * 1 large egg * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract * Crushed graham crackers (for coating) Instructions: * In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. * Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture, and mix until well combined. * Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until just combined.
