Then there was the shift to my night nurses and idk who made the call but she started me pitocin at 11:30PM bc i wasnt progressing quick enough? When the contractions started 20 mins in, they hit me like a train at 129mph. kept telling me that this was “early labor” which messed with my head bc i was like how the heck am i going to survive active labor and transition. I couldn’t sit all night because it felt like sitting on razors. I paced the room for 9 hours and breathed through every contraction in low hums.
