Mutton Masala (Cooking Mama Episode 1) -Mutton Masala is a delicious gravy based curry with soft tender meat in a spicy onion tomato gravy. This recipe needs very basic and simple ingredients. You can marinate the meat for 30 minutes to leave overnight in refrigerator. For this recipe you can use pressure cooker to tender meat. First 5 minutes on high heat and after 15 minutes on medium heat.
