Charsi Lamb Karahi (Episode - 4 Eid Ul Adha Special ) Ingredients; 1/2 cup ghee 1 kg Lamb 6 Tomatoes 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp Salt 5 Bullet Green Chillies Method: Add ghee in a pot and heat up, add the lamb and cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes until the meat changes colour. add the ginger garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes Pour 2 cup of water and cook on low medium heat for about 40 minutes until meat is tender (if using pressure cooker add 1/2 cup of water and give pressure for about 7 minutes) Chop the tomatoes in half and place face down on the meat and cook for 4-5 minutes until slightly softened. Use tongs and remove the tomato skins , mash with spoon . Add salt and sliced chillies then cook for 8-10 minutes on high heat until any excess water dries up.
