PIXIE-ROSE DAY 16 you are surrounded by love and positivity 🧚‍♀️🌹 Times like this I’m grateful my family is big, they have come together to support and shower us all in so much positivity and love… Today 2 of my sisters, mum and I sang one of our favourite songs to Pixie girl… “You are my Sunshine” . This is the most beautiful moment to remember she is so precious and so loved by all.. . The last few weeks I truly have realised how sheltered I’ve been having 3 perfectly healthy kids, never have I experienced something to this severity… I have barely been allowed to hold her because it’s to dangerous for her, she is full of lines from her bellybutton , down her throat on drops on both hands into her heart, lunges,stomach, she is on a ventilator for oxygen and currently breathing through a straw down her neck… She also has something they call wet lunges and every 20 minutes she is getting a suction to suck out the mucus from her lungs so she doesn’t drown herself in it, she has one on one help 24 hours around the clock… It makes me realise how lucky I am to have healthy babies it also makes me realise how many people have been through this silently struggling… I made a decision to celebrate her every day and share her journey as I know for me other stories have really helped me and given me information I would never of known if I didn’t share mine or go looking for answers… If it helps someone else know there not alone and they too can be open I truly believe it can heal us and help us get through our traumas and hurt… Something I’ve found interesting is people really avoid the real stuff that happens, the confronting things that life throws us, but as sad as it is this is life..”I was one of these people” . I’m proud of our little girl she is truly here to heal, connect and bring love and peace… . Δηλαδή επειδή ήταν επιλογή μας να κάνουμε οικογένεια δεν έχουμε δικαίωμα να εκφράσουμε τα συναισθήματα μας; Κι αν το κάνουμε σημαίνει ότι δεν αγαπάμε τα παιδιά μας και μετανιώνουμε για τις επιλογές μας; Δεν θα καταλάβω ποτέ τους ανθρώπους που κάνουν τέτοιες ερωτήσεις και μας κοιτάνε υποτιμητικά όταν λέμε «ναι, αλλά …». Δεν ξέρω, ίσως είναι οι ίδιοι που γκρινιάζουν που δεν τους αρέσει η δουλειά τους παρόλο που ήταν επιλογή τους. Ίσως από την άλλη είναι γυναίκες που έχουν μάθει ότι η κρεβατομουρμούρα διώχνει τον άντρα σε άλλες αγκαλιές, ότι η έκφραση συναισθήματος είναι γκρίνια και κανένα λόγο ύπαρξης δεν έχει, άλλωστε αν το βαφτίσεις γκρίνια χάνει αμέσως το νόημα αποφόρτισης και έκκλησης για βοήθεια, και έχουν παγιδευτεί σε πατριαρχικές αντιλήψεις όπου η γυναίκα είναι πάντα χαρωπή νοικοκυρά, έτοιμη για όλα και ο,τι και να νιώθει οφείλει να το θάψει βαθιά μέσα της. Ειλικρινά δεν ξέρω, το μόνο που ξέρω είναι ότι θα ήθελα για το καλό των δικών μου κοριτσιών αυτή η συνθήκη να αλλάξει. Και για το γιο μου δηλαδή για να μάθει πως η γυναίκα δεν είναι απλά ένα πολυεργαλείο. Είμαστε άνθρωποι, δεν λειτουργούμε με μπαταρίες και έχουμε ανάγκη από ανθρώπους που θα είναι εκεί για να ακούσουν τις ανησυχίες, τα παράπονα μας και την αγανάκτηση μας χωρίς να μας κρίνουνε.
