cham Everyone has their own recipe and this is mine. One sauce for just about everything in the Vietnamese household. Great for fried spring roll, fresh summer rolls, banh xeo, bun thit nuong, goi cuon, Vietnamese salad etc…. As seen in many of my posts Recipe: different brand of fish sauce requires different measurements •1 cup white sugar •1 cup fish sauce ( 3 crabs 🦀 🦀 🦀 brand ) •2.5 cup boiled water ( warm or cool ) •2-3 tablespoon minced garlic •2-3 tablespoon fresh lime juice •1 tablespoon white vinegar(help keep sauce fresher and longer) •1 tablespoon chili paste 🌶 (rooster brand) •fresh chopped chili 🌶 ( optional) •lime pulp (Optional) 1•Mix well together until sugar dissolved. 2•Taste and adjust. Let sauce cool completely. Put in a container and store in the refrigerator. Stay good for months.(3-4 or more). You can split the recipe in half.
