Lettuce Cups! Ingredients: Ground Pork - 1.5lbs Onion - 1 Garlic - 3 cloves Mushrooms - 2c (diced) Sesame Oil Hoisin Sauce Korean Chili Flakes MSG Ground Ginger Salt Peanuts Green Onion Instructions: 1. Add the ground pork to a hot pan making sure to press down the flatten out. Cook on one side without disturbing for 5-8mins on medium heat to form a nice crust. 2. While cooking the pork work on your veggies. You’re going to dice an onion, garlic cloves, bell pepper and mushrooms into roughly the same size. 3. Break up the pork and mix. Continue to cook until there is no more pink. At this time add in all the veggies and cook for another 5mins mixing frequently. 4. Add in some sesame oil, hoisin sauce, Korean chili flakes, MSG, ground ginger and a pinch of salt. After eating this, when I make it again I’d add a splash of rice wine vinegar as well. 5. Finish with some chopped roasted peanuts and green onion. I served the mixture in some romaine lettuce cups with toasted sesame seeds and sriracha mayo.
