Low-Carb Shrimp & Broccoli Alfredo π¦π₯¦π₯ This recipe is insanely delicious, doesn't require a ton of ingredients or effort and can be done in under 30 minutes! FULL RECIPE β¬οΈ INGREDIENTS (2-3 servings) - 1 package of Palmini Angel Hair (strained & rinsed) - 1 lb XL shrimp peeled, deveined & tails off - Extra virgin olive oil - Seasonings: Salt, pepper and garlic powder - 1/2 cup butter - 1.5 cup heavy cream - 6-8 gloves of garlic minced - 1.5-2 cups fresh grated parm - 12 oz bag of frozen broccoli florets Additional Toppings: - Grated parmesan - Chopped parsley Note(s): Some measurements are estimated, adjust the ingredients to your liking. For a thicker alfredo sauce, add less cream or more parmesan. For a thinner sauce, add more cream or less parmesan. DIRECTIONS 1. Strain & rinse Palmini angel hair. 2. Steam broccoli until fork tender then set aside. 3. Add the shrimp to a large bowl. Drizzle in some olive oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder then mix till well combined. 4. Get a large pan going over medium-high heat. Drizzle in some olive oil and add in the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Once done, remove the shrimp from the pan. 5. Next, lower the heat then add the butter and heavy cream into the same pan. Give it a mix. Once warm, add in the minced garlic and parmesan. Whisk together untill it's smooth and starts to thicken a bit. 6. From there add in the Palmini angel hair and mix it every couple of minutes for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt & pepper to taste then add in the broccoli & shrimp. Give it a mix and let cook until everything is hot and well combined. 7.
