Pasta night just got a serious upgrade with this beef steak pasta. 🍝🥩 CREAMY BEEF STEAK PASTA Ingredients: 1 pc Sirloin Steak Salt & Pepper, to taste Oil, as needed 1 Clove Garlic 1 Tbsp Butter Onion, sliced into rings, for garnish 1 Tbsp Flour 1 stalk Celery, diced (for mirepoix) 1 small Carrot, diced (for mirepoix) 1 small Onion, diced (for mirepoix) 1 cup Stock 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 cup Gran Cucina Cooking Cream 1 Tbsp Butter, for finishing 100g Dolce Vita Fettuccine Pasta, cooked Fried Garlic, for garnish Parsley, for garnish Steps: 1. Season the Sirloin Steak with Salt & Pepper, then set aside. 2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a little oil. Sear the steak on both sides until browned. Add the whole garlic clove and butter to the pan, basting the steak as it cooks. Once done, remove the steak from the pan and let it rest. 3. In the same pan, fry the onion rings until golden, then set them aside for garnish. 4. To make the sauce, in the same pan, add the flour and mirepoix (diced celery, carrot, and onion). Stir to cook for a minute, then add the stock. Simmer until the mirepoix is tender. 5. Remove the mirepoix from the pan, then add the Worcestershire sauce and cooking cream. Stir to combine. 6. Off the heat, finish the sauce by stirring in 1 tablespoon of butter until smooth and creamy. 7. On a serving plate, place the cooked fettuccine pasta. Slice the rested steak and arrange it on top of the pasta. Pour the sauce generously over the steak and pasta. 8.
