If you have quite short lashes, this may not show as clearly. In lighting or day light, you cant really see it. It has the best effect with a flash light, so the light can reflect off of the glitter. Even after letting my mascara dry down i did see a little transfer of the black mascara to the glitter wand ✨ This is super fun! And thats what makeup is about!
