54.6 on thursday 56.70 on Sunday morning (after eating high salt / sugar foods through the weekend and then 55.3 on monday - this is just all water weight that goes in a few days, i still like to weigh myself because it keeps me accountable but i never let the number get to my head! This post was just to show how my weight goes up down frequently! Weekdays i am always 54-55 and weekends i get to 56-57 (which is fine) but itβs just a reminder the number means nothing.
