Recipe: 1/2 cup of flour 1/2 cup Ryse Skippy Protein Powder 2 whole ripe bananas 1 cup Cottage Cheese 2 eggs 1/4 cup maple syrup/honey/ or agave 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter 1/4 cup bacon bits Mix wet ingredients first, then add dry ingredients. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Pull muffins at 10 mins and top with additional bacon bits. Cook remainder of time. once done drizzle with 2 Tbsp of warmed peanut butter.
