Cozy & healthy dinners that bring the fall flavors😍>> - 🎥 via: @Ally Rolla , check out their page for more recipes!✨ - - INGREDIENTS For the chicken: - 2 chicken breasts (sliced in half lengthwise) - olive oil - garlic salt - onion powder - paprika - italian seasoning For the quinoa salad: - 2 sweet potatoes (peeled & diced) - salt & pepper - 1/2 red onion (diced) - 1 green apple (diced) - 1/2 cup dried cranberries - 1/2 cup chopped pecans - 1 cup quinoa (yields approx 3 cups cooked) For the vinaigrette: - 1/2 cup olive oil - 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar - honey (to desired sweetness) - 1 to 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard - garlic Instructions: - preheat oven to 375° - cook 1 cup quinoa according to package directions - place chicken on a foil lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and add seasonings to both sides - place sweet potatoes on another foil lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt & pepper - baked sweet potatoes and chicken for about 20 minutes - in a large bowl combine all quinoa salad ingredients - in a separate bowl, whisk together all apple cider vinaigrette ingredients - pour dressing over salad and stir to combine - serve with fresh parsley #repost #harvestbowl #grain #bowl #grainbowl #quinoa #healthy #health #healthfood #fall #dinner #idea #inspo #chicken #autumn #recipe #healthyrecipes #fallrecipes #fyp #fypシ
