This Italian Steak Sandwich is Dan-O-Myte! 🤤🔥 Ingredients: * 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Preem-O * 1 pound strip steak * 1/4 cup Duke's mayonnaise * 1/4 cup water * 8 oz mushrooms * 1 red bell pepper * 1/2 small white onion * 3 tbsp olive oil, divided * 3 oz blue cheese crumbles * 6 slices spicy cheddar cheese * 8 oz hot giardiniera pepper blend * 1 loaf Italian semolina bread
Recipe: 1. Prepare the Steak - Cut the strip steak into three thin pieces and trim off any excess fat. - Rub mayonnaise on both sides of the steak and season generously with Dan-O’s Preem-O. 2. Cook the Vegetables - Slice the mushrooms, red bell pepper, and onion into long strips. - In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over high heat. - Add the chopped vegetables to the pan. - Add a splash of water and sprinkle more Dan-O’s Preem-O over the vegetables, sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until they are tender. * Set aside. 3. Sear the Steak - In the same hot pan, add the steak and sear for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside. 4. Prepare the Bread - Cut the Italian semolina bread in half and brush the cut sides with the remaining olive oil. - Place the bread halves in the oven and bake until crispy. 5.
