It takes a strong frame, good balance, and solid muscular endurance as well. 1) Weighted step-ups, 2) Cable loaded reverse lunges, and 3) Rack pulls are some excellent exercises for rucking performance improvement. These exercises target the muscles specifically relied on while you’re out there on the trails.
