Replying to @Páti how I prepare my rice in my Pars rice cooker! I also have it in my Amazon if anyone doesn’t have a Persian market near them! Since it’s a Persian rice cooker, it makes tahdig (crispy rice) at the bottom, without sticking. The one I have is quite large- 14 cups. I probably would get a 7 or 10 cup next time tho, this one is a bit large for us at the moment.
