The YUMMIEST fall soup!! RECIPE👇 Loaded Baked Potato Soup Ingredients -3 lb bag of golden potatoes, peeled and cubed -1lb pack of bacon -8 oz sharp cheddar cheese -8 oz smoked gouda -6 cloves of minced garlic -2 small onions, diced -4 tbsp flour -2 cups of milk -1 cup of heavy cream -4 cups of chicken broth -Salt, pepper, paprika, old bay, any seasonings of choice 1.) Cut bacon into bite sized pieces and add to a large pot over medium heat. Remove bacon once it is very crispy, leaving 3-4 tbsp of grease in the pot. 2.) Add in onion and garlic to pot along with 2 TBSP of butter, season with salt and pepper and sauté for 5-10 minutes 3.) Add 4 TBSP of flour to pot and stir for 1-2 minutes 4.) Slowly add in heavy cream, milk, and chicken broth. Season mixture again 5.) Add in potato cubes and bring up to a boil, until fork tender 15-20 minutes 6.) Reduce heat and add in about 3/4s of the sharp cheddar and smoked gouda, leaving some to top the soup. Do the same for bacon. Stir until the cheese is melted 7.) Mash some of the potatoes if desired, simmer for another 10-15 minutes until you reach your desired thickness 8.)
