I’ve waited so long to post this because I literally was flabbergasted. I’ve heard of horror stories like this happening to small businesses, but never thought it would happen to us and I wouldn’t think that someone would do this intentionally so I didn’t even tell the customer or do anything about it because I was so worried that they would be mortified, but maybe they pulled one over on me. What do you think? What would you have done?
