Finally sharing one of my most popular recipes of all time— #ad made SO easily thanks to @McCormick Spices garlic powder, parsley, salt, & pepper. Spices can make or break a recipe, which is why I always opt for high quality McCormick. We never have a speck of leftovers when I make this for dinner. Feel free to add broccoli to the pot of pasta—I just prefer to serve mine on the side (for the picky eaters). 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 chicken breasts, cubed ½ teaspoon McCormick garlic powder McCormick salt & pepper to taste 14 oz chicken broth 1 cup heavy cream ½ lb penne pasta 1 ½ cups parmesan cheese McCormick parsley for garnish Heat the oil in a medium or large pot, then add chicken breast. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and saute until par cooked. Add the garlic powder and cook one more minute. Add chicken broth, cream, and penne. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to a simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the liquid is mostly absorbed. Add Parmesan and stir. Serve with McCormick parsley flakes.
