🍅 Lasagna Soup 🍅 - 1 lb. of ground beef or Italian sausage (I do half a pound of each) - 24oz jar of marinara sauce - 1 onion chopped - 2 tablespoons of tomato paste - 32oz box of chicken or beef broth - 2-4 cloves of garlic crushed - Italian Seasoning - Salt & pepper - Paprika for spice (optional) - 1 cup heavy cream - 10-12 lasagna sheets broken up - 1 ball of mozzarella - 1 cup of Parmesan 🧀 Ricotta Topping 🧀 - 15oz container of ricotta - 3 tablespoons of Parm - Italian seasoning - Pepper 1. Add in your marinara sauce, cooked ground beef (or sausage), chopped onion, broth & seasonings. Stir and cook on high for 3-4 hours. 2. Add in your heavy cream, mozzarella, parm, and lasagna noodles. Cook for an additional 30 minutes on high. 3. Dollop Ricotta over the top and cover just long enough to let it get creamy (I like to mix mine in!!) 4.
