Meatball Sub Recipe ⬇️ 1/4 cup milk 2 eggs Italian parsley 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs 1/2 diced onion 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated) but I used shredded still came out fines Add everything above to a bowl and make sure you beat your eggs and milk together before adding the mixture to your meatballs I only used salt, crushed red peppers and pepper to season you could add what you like I seared them on both sides for 5 minutes on number 4 added a jar of marinara sauce and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes I assembled my sandwich and then added mozzarella baked at 350 F for 10 minutes cooled and enjoyed 😊 #dinnerideas
