cooking for new clients! RECIPES 👨🍳 upside-down plum cake 💜 1. Caramelize 1/2 cup sugar and pour over halved plums set in an 8 in. Cake pan. 2. Beat 1 stick butter with 1 cup sugar until fluffy. Add 3 eggs, 2 tbsp amaretto. Then add 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp salt, 3/4 tsp baking powder, 1 cup flour. Pour batter on top of plums. 3. Bake at 350F for 30-35min. Let rest for 20 min. And then flip onto a plate, serve with vanilla ice cream (my favorite). hasselback potatoes 🥔 1. Halve potatoes. Using chopsticks, make a series of slices along the potato without going all the way through. 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Drizzle over 3 tbsp olive oil, and 1 cup grated parmesan. Add the potatoes on top. Drizzle with more olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, fresh herbs, and butter if you’d like. 3. Bake at 400F for 40-50 minutes, until golden brown and tender. tomato peach salad 🍑 1. Layer ripe heirloom & cherry tomatoes with ripe peaches.
