You won’t regret making this bc it’s absolutely delish 🥣❤️ - [ ] 1/2 cooked bacon, chopped - [ ] 2 tsp garlic, minced 1 lb Italian Sausage1 medium onion, finely diced - [ ] 3 cups chicken broth/stock, (48 oz) - [ ] 4 large medium russet potatoes, peeled and chopped - [ ] 1/2 kale bundle, leaves stripped and chopped - [ ] 1 cup heavy cream ( I did 1/2 cup) - [ ] Salt and black pepper to taste - [ ] Red pepper flakes to taste - [ ] Parmesan cheese to serve, optional Directions: 1. In a large skillet cook your sausage. Add chopped onions with minced garlic. Cook until onions are browned. Drain sausage. 2. Spray your crockpot and add chopped potatoes, cooked sausage and onions, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and chicken broth. Cook on low for 8 hours or 4 hours for high. 3. 30 mins before its finished stir in heavy cream and kale. 4.
