Because some of you asked me for my favorite recipes ๐ฑ๐ฉต Salmon pot rice ๐ 1. Marinate the salmon in a mixture of 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, and black pepper for about 30 minutes. 2. Pan-fry the salmon in cooking oil until fully cooked. Set aside. 3. In a pot, heat olive oil Add garlic and mushrooms, stir-fry. 4. Add the soaked white rice to the pot and stir-fry with the garlic and mushrooms. 5. Pour in water ( water and rice should be 1:1 ) along with 1.5 Soy sauce, 1 tbsp of Korean tuna sauce. 6. At high heat, stir the rice until the water is almost absorbed. 7. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot with a lid, and let the rice simmer for about 15 minutes, or until cooked through. 8. Once the rice is cooked, turn off the heat. Add chopped chives or spring onions on top of the rice, followed by the pan-fried salmon fillets. 9. Cover the pot with the lid again and let it sit for 2 minutes. 10. Mix everything, accompanied by seaweed and kimchi on the side.
